Terms and Conditions
By signing the above booking form you agree to adhere to the Company’s conditions of hire.
The Hirer agrees to be liable for any damage caused to vehicles as a result of the behaviour of their passengers.
The Hirer agrees to make reasonable effort to leave the vehicle in a satisfactory condition and, at the end of hire, to assist with basic cleaning such as placing all rubbish into bags.
No persons under the age of 18 shall be carried on any party bus operated by the Company. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure all passengers invited on board are aged 18 or over. ID must be carried by passengers and must be presented to the driver upon request at the start of the hire. The driver reserves the right to anyone unable to provide ID who they suspect to be underage.
The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and agrees that our driver is within their rights to refuse travel to anyone acting in a manner deemed inappropriate.
The driver’s decision on such matters shall be final.
The Hirer must notify all venues of their visit in advance- this is the responsibility of the Hirer alone, not the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide travel to venues as requested by the venues themselves or by the Police.
Full payment is due no less than 7 working days before commencement of the hire.
In the event of cancellation by the Hirer the following terms will apply:
- More than 7 working days before the hire- full refund of any payment made.
- 7 – 5 days before the hire- a refund of 75% will be made.
- 5 days – 48 hours before the hire- a refund of 50% will be made.
- Less than 48 hours before the hire- no refund will be due.
In addition to the invoiced amount the Hirer agrees to pay a pre-determined amount to the driver in cash. Failure to pay this at the start of the hire will result in cancellation of your hire with no refund due for any amounts already paid.
